Covers human rights, gender, adolescent health, sexuality, masculinity, violence against women, peer pressure, consent etc.

Shaktipreneurs

Are young women entrepreneurs, passionate about self defence coaching as a career.
They undergo a 9-12 month training cum mentorship program on Nishastra Kala and entrepreneurship.

Local organizations and individuals co-ordinate between the martial arts expert trainers and gender facilitators and the school’s administration to ensure that the program happens on time and is effective.
Each program is implemented over 6 months.
The consortium partners facilitate market linkages, and mentor the shaktipreneurs to identify new opportunities till they are confident and independent.
